Called to the nations, planted in Gozo
Kairos Global Ministries is the family of ministries led by Cyril and Olivia Melotte. This is our story and what we are building.
Why "Kairos"?
Kairos is the Greek word for an appointed moment: the time when God steps into the affairs of men, and heaven and earth meet. It is alignment with His purpose, in His timing. We have seen lives turn in a single moment of encounter, and we exist to help people recognise their hour and walk in it.
What began with a calling to plant churches has grown into one family of ministries: a local church, prophetic gatherings, a retreat house, mercy missions, a farm and community in Ghana, and a school for ministry.
Cyril becomes a certified life coach, working in the building trade and coaching leaders.
After a personal encounter with Jesus, Cyril leaves secular work for full-time ministry.
Ordained as a missionary pastor and church planter, in the Redeemed Christian Church of God.
God leads the family to Malta. Kairos Assembly begins in Victoria, and The Farmer's Inn opens its doors in Għarb.
Seeds of Faith in Ghana, Kairos Eleos in Nigeria, Kairos Oikodome and partners across Europe and Africa.
Cyril and Olivia Melotte
Cyril
Radically changed by a supernatural encounter with Jesus in a dark season, Cyril has served full-time in missions and ministry since 2013. He was a commercial building contractor and a life and leadership coach, and has been a certified coach since 2009 and a trained Mental Health First Aider. He teaches, pastors and plants churches, and leads the daily work of Kairos Global Ministries from Malta.
Olivia
Olivia grew up in a Christian home in Accra, Ghana. She trained as a beautician, taught in a Christian pre-school, and has served in church leadership, prayer and worship. After marrying Cyril she moved with him to Slovakia, where he was planting a church. She understands the pressures that pastors' families face, and carries a deep heart for women, families and worship.
Together they are apostles, pastors and church planters. They have planted churches in four nations, ministered in more than twenty countries across Europe and Africa, and live in Malta with their three children.

How we are organised
Kairos Global Ministries is led by Cyril and Olivia Melotte. A Foundation in Malta and a Stichting in the Netherlands are being established, so that partners can give with full confidence and clear accountability.
Gifts are used for the purpose you choose, and we publish progress reports on every major project so you can see what your giving does.
